Can I track my orders? Once we ship your order, we will email you the tracking number so that you may track it quickly. When clicking the tracking number you will then be taken to the shipper's website and follow the instructions on the screen.
How and in what way are boxes shipped? Orders are shipped by UPS/USPS in plain brown boxes. Your email confirmations are your receipts/invoices, there will be no other paperwork in the shipment boxes.
What if I received broken items upon receiving my shipment? Take at least 3 pictures of different angles of the broken item(s) and email it to us at email@example.com. We will re-ship your order free of charge. For more info Click Here.

How do you handle damaged goods upon delivery?
Broken items will be replaced and reshipped free of charge if they arrive damaged during shipment.
Please follow these guidelines if you receive your shipment damaged:
- You will have 14 days from time of shipment arrival to notify us by email or call/text (863) 226-0066 EST
- Take 3 photographs from different angles of the damaged product(s) and attach to the email.
- Give us the product number and invoice number.
Once we receive your email the process of replacement can begin.
